If you have not placed online orders with us previously, then chances are your browser does not have our Secure Server Certificate in its certificate list. Most browsers come with only a few certificates installed. You will need to install our certificate before you can place a secure online order with us.

But don't worry--installing our certificate in your browser could not be easier! Best of all, you'll only have to do it one time. If you return to our site at a later date, your browser will detect that it has the proper certificate and it will automatically change to secure mode. Once our certificate is installed, you can submit today's and future orders to us secure in the knowledge that confidential credit card information will be fully encrypted. So let's begin...

Netscape Navigator 2.0 or above:

When you click on "Proceed to Secure Order Form" below, Netscape will start the Certificate Assistant, which consists of a series of five dialog boxes, titled "Netscape: New Site Certificate." You simply click the "Next" button on each screen to tell Netscape that you wish to add our certificate. (On the third dialog, checkboxes give you the option to accept our certificate permanently, or only for this session. Of course, we hope you will add it to your browser permanently.) On the final dialog, click the "Finished" button and our certificate will be added to Netscape's list. That's all there is to it!

Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or above:

Microsoft has a slightly different approach from Netscape's, but it's reasonably simple. After you click the following link, you will be presented with a dialog box that give you a choice of opening the certificate or saving it to disk. Choose "Open it." and click "OK." The next dialog is titled "New Site Certificate," and says "You have been offered a new site certificate to place in your list of trusted users." Select the button labeled "Accept and enable the site certificate," then click "OK." Finally, you'll have to quit and restart Internet Explorer, because it's so brain-dead it won't recognize the new certificate unless you do. Other browsers:

Unfortunately, since most other browsers, including AOL's, do not support adding secure certificates, you will be unable to visit our secure ordering pages if you're using one of them. We therefore suggest that you download and install either Netscape or Internet Explorer.
